Pretty Picnic Cocktails

Hey Diva's,

 

The weather is certainly warming up, enjoy the Summer with some Pretty Picnic Cocktails  

Here are my favourite two Cocktails, Sparkling Pink Lemonade for those on their work break and Strawberry Darquiri for those that love a 'Happy Hour'.

Sparkling Pink Lemonade

Serves 6

 1 1/2 cups of caster sugar

2 1/2 cups of fresh lemon juice, plus 4 lemons, thinly sliced

 1 cup of brown granulated sugar

2 cups of Cranberry Juice

Served with Strawberries on the glass rim 

Strawberry Daiquiri

4 Strawberries, 1/2 Strawberry to garnish
2 tsp White Sugar
35ml of White Rum
1 tbsp Strawberry Liqueur
25ml Lime Juice
